What's Helped Me

I'll flesh this page out more but I wanted to tell you that I'm doing very well with my bipolar disorder and what has helped me.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Positive Affirmations:
Things that have helped me include learning Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and using Positive Affirmations. More to come on those later. Basically, you can retrain your brain to exchange positive, rational thoughts for the negative, irrational thoughts. It is a process that works. You can get more information on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in a book by David Burns called "Feeling Good."

Life Coaching:
I'd be happy to speak with you or your loved ones about what has helped me. I am starting a life coaching business on the side as well and would be glad to offer support.
